The first do-mpc developer conference is hosted from 13.09.-15.09.2021 at TU Dortmund.

The first do-mpc developer conference is hosted from 13.09.-15.09.2021 at TU Dortmund. Over the course of three days the Laboratory of Process Automation Systems is hosting multiple online and offline events for developers, users and supporters do-mpc.

Note that the event has two distinct parts:

  • Online events will be streamed (accessible without registration) and we invite interested parties to join the Zoom call to participate in discussions or to raise question. The Zoom link will be shared with registered participants via e-mail.
  • Live events will take place at TU Dortmund for eligible participants. These include the online events and in particular the hackathon. 

Please find below the registration form where we ask you to indicate in which part of the event you wish to participate.  Unfortunately, the number of participants is limited for the live events. We will contact the nominated candidates prior to the event to confirm their participation.

Registration deadline is the 1st of September (Registration is not available anymore).

Hackathon

The main part of the do-mpc developer conference is a two-and-a-half day hackathon. During this time we will discuss a previously defined list of important projects for the future development of the tool. A number of these projects are then going to be implemented by subgroups of participants. 

We will be working on these projects together at the same location (of course adhering to a strict hygiene concept) to leverage the proximity to  other developers.
